After buying from 28, 29, 32, 39 level from Sept 2012 to February 2013, finally sold all shares @ 39. Thanks ABS!
Price touching 50SMA and about to test another support 37.50. Transferred to SMDC!

I was reading COL's research section and found the report for CHI - Cebu Holdings, Inc: Undervalued property play...

Quoted a portion of COL's report -

Trading at a huge discount to its NAV. Based on our estimates CHI’s NAV is Php8.42, At Php4.90, 
CHI is trading at a steep 42% discount to the said value. Given CHI’s attractive valuation coupled with 
its successful projects and expansion plans, we believe the stock is a good alternative property play. 

Then checked Daily and Weekly Chart. Good signal indeed but the question is when or what is the good entry price?

Daily chart shows breakout from Descending Channel and price now above 50sma and just moved up above 110sma. Before breakout there was an RSI divergence signaling change of trend...

Weekly Chart shows a Bullish Hidden Divergence price bouncing at 78.6 Fibo...
